Shelter, Clinic, and Engagement Center - UPMC Second Avenue Health Center
Provides comprehensive primary medical and behavioral health services for individuals experiencing homelessness.

Services include treatment of acute and chronic medical diseases, wounds and injuries, foot care, substance use disorders (including buprenorphine/Suboxone prescribing), screening and treatment of STD and hepatitis C, gynecologic care, and behavioral health assessment and treatment.
Eligibility: Serves adults (age 18 and older) who are experiencing homelessness.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
