Administrative Office, Downtown - Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP)
Provides free public transportation (bus, subway, incline) tickets, or reimbursement for use of public transportation/private vehicle, or free door-to-door service (when medically necessary) via a shared ride.

MATP is required by law to provide the least costly, most appropriate transportation service available.
Eligibility: Residents of Allegheny County who have a valid Pennsylvania Medicaid (Medical Assistance) Card.
Hours: Phone: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
In Person: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 3:30pm

Intake Procedure: Fill out the application packet found on the website or call to request an application packet in the mail.
