After OPTIONS completes a needs assessment, individuals may be eligible for:
A) Home Delivered Meals
B) Home Support Services
C) Personal Care Services
D) And more services depending on need
Eligibility:
Allegheny County residents age 60 and older, who are experiencing
some degree of frailty in regard to physical and/or mental status
that impacts daily functioning.

Fee Amounts:
If eligible for services, there may be a co-payment depending on

Intake Procedure:
Call for appointment.
Intake Requirements:
Agree to an assessment and a cost-share calculation. Consumers must
be formally enrolled in the OPTIONS program to receive any
recommended services.
