Administrative Office - Housing Connector
Assists with finding housing and making connections between individuals/families that have varying disabilities and property owner/managers. Connects people with disabilities to independent housing options of their choice, in the community of their choice. Serves as a resource of information, light case management, advocacy, and assistance with navigating through various housing systems.
Eligibility: Individuals or families with disabilities.

Individual serviced must be age 18 and older and the primary person with the disability.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
