Eligibility:
All individuals who are blind, vision impaired, or who have related
disabilities qualify for our programs. We are committed to
providing the very best in training and essential services.
Students ages 14 to 21, blind or vision impaired who receive vision
services. Through Allegheny Intermediate Unit #3 or school district
qualify for our Pre-Employment Training Services.

Our fee structure differs for each program. Please contact the
