Offers group therapy program for men who use abuse and controlling behaviors in their relationships, including physical, verbal, psychological, and financial abuse.

The program helps participants learn how to have healthier relationships and partnerships. The group sessions are led by experienced, trauma-informed facilitators.

Participants learn how to communicate, make healthier choices in their relationships, develop self-awareness about their behavior, and experience accountability.
Eligibility: Men age 18 and older

Accepts self-referrals as well as court-ordered participants.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Service hours vary according to scheduled groups; daytime, weekend, and evening group hours are available.

Fee Amounts: Fees range from $5.00 to $50.00 per week, depending on income. Fees are due weekly at each group and can be paid in advance. All collected fees are non-refundable and based on a sliding fee scale.
Intake Procedure: Call the Intake line to leave a message.

The coordinator will return your call to tell you more about the program and set up an intake session to learn more about you.

Please be on time to your intake session. The session will last 45-60 minutes. If you are more than 15 minutes late, you may need to reschedule your session.

During your intake, the facilitator will help you choose what group will work best for you and will give you instructions on how to start attending your groups.
Intake Requirements: $15.00 non-refundable fee is required along with proof of income or non-income due at intake.

Helpful Tips: An Intervention group for perpetrators of domestic violence is different than anger management classes. Domestic violence is a pattern of abusive and controlling behavior, it is not a matter of managing anger.
