Intake Requirements: Must be able to enter and exit residence, vehicle, and medical facility independently.
Geographical Area: Arnold, Brackenridge, Cheswick*, Creighton, Harmarville*, Lower Burrell, Natrona, Natrona Heights, Springdaly*, Tarentum, and Newkensington (including Parnassus*).
