Behavioral Health Services - Corbet Street - Stepping Stones Supportive Living Program
Provides services to individuals with a history of serious and persistent mental illness. The program is directed at maximizing individual independence in the community setting of their choice. The focus of the program is in the teaching and development of skills and supports needed to address particular life goals. Individuals work on goals that they have chosen as being important to their success in the community and in the enhancement of their personal lives. Goals can include medication compliance, tenant responsibilities, budgeting skills, apartment/household maintenance, community integration, self-care skills, and community mobility training.
Eligibility: A) Adults (age 18 and older)

B) Must have a primary psychiatric diagnosis

C) Must be capable of self-preservation

D) Have basic ADL skills

E) Willing and able to participate in treatment
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Completion of an internal referral form and participation in an interview conducted by Program staff.
