Provides diagnostic evaluations and service planning for children and adults with behavioral health concerns. CARES is a diagnostic evaluation and service planning program that is designed to better meet the needs of children and families through a new and unique approach. CARES is dedicated to providing comprehensive evaluations for children, adolescents, and adults with behavioral health concerns in a way that integrates family system support and an all-inclusive approach to overall wellness.
Eligibility: Open to children ages 2-21 and their families. Family must have eligible insurance or form of payment.

This program is for:

1) Families who are beginning to experience first signs and symptoms.

2) Children or adults who are in need of an initial evaluation.

3) Children or adults who are seeking specialized assessment or evaluation.

4) Children or adults who are seeking second opinions.
