Offers individualized programs in home and community settings that include: developmental specialist therapies; speech, physical, occupational therapies; and behavioral, vision, and hearing specialists for infants and toddlers with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
Eligibility: Children age 0 to 3 with developmental delays or any disability condition.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
