Allegheny County - Parenting Education
Teaches parenting and independent living skills to parents with intellectual disabilities and follows the development of their children until the youngest child is age 18. Services are home-based. The number of hours of service per week is determined by the needs of the family.
Eligibility: Must have primary diagnosis of intellectual disability and be pregnant or have child age 0 to 18.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Evenings and weekends as scheduled.
