Allegheny County - Home and Community Support
Provides in-home and community caregivers to support people of any age with physical, intellectual and/or developmental disabilities. Caregiver supports can be provided for a few hours a month, daily, weekly and/or 24-hour bases. Builds independence, as well as ensures the health and safety of the individuals that are supported.
Eligibility: Eligible through either Community HealthChoices or the Intellectual Disability/Autism system.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
