There are forgivable interest-free housing rehabilitation loans, grants for accessibility upgrades, forgivable interest-free down payment and closing cost assistance loans, free legal assistance, housing stabilizing short term funding, programs to stimulate both new construction and substantial rehabilitation, and programs to stimulate production of rental housing.
