Provides behavioral health services known as "Wraparound." Services are provided in the home, school, and community.
Eligibility: Children and adolescents under the age of 21; Eligibility determined on mental health diagnosis.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Weekend and evening by appointment.
