Eligibility:
Families who wish to certify to use the food pantry must live
within SHIM's 6 school district service area, and they must have
total gross household income at or below 150% of the Federal
Poverty Level.

Intake Procedure:
Families must call Operations Coordinator to make a certification
appointment. Families will be required to fill out paperwork that
captures basic demographic information and a Self-Sufficiency
Questionnaire to gauge other areas in which the family could use
help.
