Beaver Falls - Older Adult Protective Services
Investigates reports of abuse, neglect (including self-neglect), abandonment and financial exploitation. Also provides assistance to alleviate the risk of harm.
Eligibility: Serves Beaver County residents age 60 and older who may be the victims of abuse, abandonment, exploitation, or neglect.

Individuals do not need to be County residents to report concerns about an older adult who lives in Beaver County.

Intake Procedure: Call 24 hours a day, seven days a week to make a Report of Need.
Geographical Area: Beaver County
Helpful Tips: Abuse reports can be made 24/7 whether the person lives in the community or a care facility such as a nursing home, etc.
Reporters may remain anonymous and have legal protection from retaliation, discrimination and civil or criminal prosecution.
All reports are investigated, an evaluation of the victim's needs is determined and a care plan developed.
Information concerning the victim's case will be maintained as confidential.
