Direct Service Unit Central Intake & Case Management. Services include intake, assessment, life management planning, psychiatric evaluation/consultation, treatment planning and service authorization. Case management services include monitoring, advocacy, service planning and continuity of care.
Eligibility: Individuals with behavioral health issues requiring case management services
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
