Eligibility: Residence in the service area and must meet income guidelines.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 10:00am to 3:00pm
Food Pantry: 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month 10:00am to 2:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call or visit in person during office hours to fill out the intake form. Form can be completed on the day of service.
Intake Requirements: Proof of residency (photo ID, lease, utility bill, etc.) and proof of income (if any).
