Bedford - PACE Program
Provides all-inclusive program of medical and social services to empower older adults to remain at home, while preserving their dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Eligibility: Services are available to clinically-eligible individuals age 55 and older who live in the Community LIFE service area and are able to live safely at home with the support of the LIFE program.
