Administrative Headquarters - Customer Assistance Referral Evaluation Service (CARES)
Provides assessments, referrals, and assistance as appropriate for customers who are unable to afford their gas service bill, such as the unemployed, those with certain medical needs, or frail older adults.
Eligibility: Income eligibility of 200% of the federal poverty level. This program is for those with special needs, serious medical conditions, mental health conditions, and other extenuating circumstances.
