Assists individuals and families to get or keep Medicaid benefits; challenges Medicaid plans when they reduce or deny specific needed services and medications.
Eligibility: Pennsylvania residents who are covered by Medicaid or have been denied coverage.
Hours: Monday and Wednesday, 8:00am to 8:00pm.

Helpful Tips: ONLY covers Medicaid recipients. Does not offer assistance with Medicare or private insurance appeals.
