Administrative Office - Special Education Center
Provides children with autism, emotional disorders, and learning disabilities services to break through social and emotional barriers to achieve academic success. Blends mental health and special education services throughout the school day to maximize students' potential.
Eligibility: Youth ages 5 through age 21, educationally diagnosed with emotional disturbance, autism, intellectual disability, or specific learning delay.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm

Fee Amounts: Tuition funded through the Commonwealth and the referring school districts.
Intake Procedure: By appointment; referral from the local school district's department of special education is required. Applications are accepted throughout the year through a rolling admissions process.

Intake Requirements: The following documents are required from the referring school district:

A) Letter of request for placement

B) Current Evaluation or Re-evaluation Report

C) Current IEP

D) Current Psychological/psychiatric information if applicable.
