Eligibility:
Armstrong County residents who are veterans of the US Armed
Services and experiencing homelessness or at risk of becoming
unhoused. Income limit: 50% or less of the Area Median Income
(AMI). Call for additional eligibility details.

Photo ID, proof of residency, documentation of income, and DD214.
