Mon Yough Community Services - Fifth Avenue - Driving Under the Influence (DUI) & Underage Drinking Program
Provides assessment, education, intervention, prevention, and treatment for DUI offenders. Provides education and assessments for underage drinking offenders.
Eligibility: Must have received a DUI arrest or must have been arrested for underage drinking and referred by a District Judge.
Hours: Monday through Thursday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
Friday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

Intake Requirements: Court Reporting Network Evaluation is required prior to DUI services; Legal Referral for Underage Offenders (District Judges and Juvenile Probation Office; Lawyers; College referrals)
