Provides support to older adults by addressing the issues that make it challenging to live independently. Offers connection to resources such as food, healthcare, housing, transportation, and community organizations and events.
Eligibility: Adults age 60 and older who live in the communities of the Hill District, East Liberty and Homewood.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call the main phone line or visit the Macedonia FACE Active for Life Senior Center or Vintage Senior Center.
Intake Requirements: At intake, complete a questionnaire to identify goals for participating in the program.

Bring health insurance information. Please note, insurance will not be billed; service is provided at no cost.
