Administrative Office - FACT (Families and Community Teaming)
Offers a 90-day support service for families with children between from birth to age 18 who may be experiencing stress due to parent/child conflicts, lack of housing resources, a need for budgeting support, lack of family communication, or a need for overall resource assistance.

Helps families to create their own problem solving plans, build strong partnerships with extended family, and identify and link to resources.
Eligibility: Families in Allegheny County with children in the home under the age of 18, or expectant parents.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Intake Procedure: Call and request to enroll in the FACT program. An intake coordinator will follow up to complete process by phone.
