Offers an individualized range of supports provided by The Branch staff to adults with psychiatric or intellectual disabilities living independently in their own apartments or with family.
Eligibility: Adults age 18 and older with a history of mental illness or with developmental or intellectual disabilities.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm
