Offers education, training, and support for people with mental health diagnoses to them manage their disorders, prevent relapses and re-hospitalizations, and achieve personal recovery goals.
Eligibility: Fayette County residents age 18 and older with mental health diagnosis.
Hours: Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Program Hours: 8:00am to 3:00pm
