Kyle Vickers joined PA 211 as the Director of Network Operations in September of 2023. He is responsible for developing and delivering statewide training initiatives, quality assurance, and overseeing statewide PA 211 operations. Kyle is passionate about helping others and brings over 15 years of experience in the education field to his role within PA 211.
Before becoming part of the United Way network, Kyle gained expertise in training and education while working as a classroom teacher, material analyst/trainer for a government contractor, private tutor, and was most recently employed by Clarion University of Pennsylvania (now PennWest University) for nine years as a Learning Skills Specialist and then Director of Tutoring and Testing.
Kyle studied and earned a bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education and Special Education from Slippery Rock University of Pennsylvania. When Kyle isn’t working, he enjoys all things football, and spending time with his wife, Becky and dog, Oliver.
