Jessica Echevarria is the PA 211 Quality Assurance and Community Engagement Manager. She began volunteering in the community at just age 15 and has participated in many community events. Serving her community is how Jessica discovered the field she wanted to pursue. Jessica attended the University of Maryland Global and has worked in the human services field for about 7 years. Her goal has always been to make the world a better place, one individual at a time.
