Get Connected. Get Help.

Parenting can be hard. You don’t have to do it alone.

211 can connect parents, grandparents, guardians, and even expecting parents in the Wyoming Valley with the information and support you need to help your kids.

Wyoming Valley Parent Support Line

United Way of Wyoming Valley and the Family Service Association of Northeastern Pennsylvania have teamed up to provide a way for Wyoming Valley residents to reach out and get help with any of their parenting needs. The Parent Support Line provides:

  • Emotional Support
  • Information and Guidance
  • Referrals to Community Services
  • Education about parenting challenges
  • Connection to the community

A parent support navigator is available from 8a-4:30pm Monday-Friday, but you can call 211 24/7 to ask for them to reach out to you. 211 can point you to anything from child care assistance to free groceries and help with substance abuse.

You can also text 211kids to 898-211 to opt into our text message announcements for information about new resources, program openings, and more! To speak to a Parent Support Navigator live, text parentline to 898-211.

Every kid counts, every family is important.
